Accounts Assistant

CMA have been engaged to recruit for our Central Bournemouth, their requirement is for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Supervisor, as Accounts Assistant you will be working in a hands-on environment supporting in purchase and sales ledger and high-volume reconciliations. Our client offers a permanent position paying up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience and relevant skills. What will the Accounts Assistant role involve? Processing supplier invoices. completing weekly payment runs. Ensuring sales ledger activity is correctly processed. Daily account reconciliations. Processing and taking payments. Supporting in query resolution. Allocation of payments. Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy: The Accounts Assistant will be able to demonstrate an understanding of sales and purchase ledger processing and query resolution. Confident with account reconciliations and spotting discrepancies. Experience using multiple accountancy systems and confident with Excel. Ideally suited to a candidate looking for a long term move and to work for a professional business with long term opportunities to develop.
