Senior Building Surveyor - West Midlands

Senior Building Surveyor required to lead on a variety of capital building projects, supporting the lead surveyor in the delivery of major construction projects. You will also be responsible to delivering the capital and revenue planned maintenance programmes. With an MRICS or CIOB qualification, you will engage the advice and support of others from inception through to completion including the preparation of specifications, tender documents, inviting tenders/quotations, tender evaluation and value engineering, contract administration and project management and signing off stage payments. You will have knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts and be up to date with Health and Safety legislation and the implementation of construction related rules and guidance such as the CDM regulations. This is a great role, with the opportunity to manage and develop a really interesting and varied portfolio of land and property.
