Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Walker Cole International is supporting a leading global company in the life sciences sector in the recruitment of a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join their team. This is a permanent role focused on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems, including utilities and equipment, within a GMP-compliant environment. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and implementation of scalable systems to enhance the performance and reliability of equipment and utilities. Manage incident response and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system uptime. Drive performance optimization and continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Relevant industry experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field. Experience within biosafety and GMP environments is desirable. Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma principles and technical problem-solving. A formal education in an engineering-related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
