The Opportunity Our client are seeking to expand their Real Estate Disputes team where you will deal with a wide array of clients from Developers to Charities. You would be expected to handle a mixed caseload including matters such as possession and forfeiture, lease renewal, rent reviews, adverse possession, option disputes, rights of way and protestor injunctions.
