Backend Developer (Golang)

How you'll role A fast-growing FinTech Web3 company is looking for a Senior Go Developer to help build the next generation of decentralized, high-performance backend systems. You'll be working on a product at the intersection of finance, blockchain, and emerging tech, alongside a passionate team driven by innovation, scalability, and security. Were looking for someone who writes clean, production-ready Go code, thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, and is excited about shaping the future of digital finance and decentralized technologies. What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go Build clean, testable, and efficient code aligned with modern software engineering practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement backend functionality Optimize service performance and reliability Work with version control, documentation, and task tracking tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence) Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation Contribute to ongoing architecture and design improvements What you'll need 7 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Go (Golang) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Proficiency using Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) Solid understanding of building and maintaining backend APIs and microservices Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments Nice-to-Have Experience Experience in Fintech or Blockchain projects. Exposure to Cryptocurrency, Web3, or NFT platforms. Familiarity with Defi ecosystems and principles. Experience with Cursor will be advantageous
