Accounts Receivable Analyst (Portuguese)

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This is a finance or accounting role focused on managing and analyzing a company's incoming payments and outstanding invoices. Key Responsibilities: Monitor Accounts Receivable: Track customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Invoice Management: Generate, send, and follow up on invoices. Payment Reconciliation: Match incoming payments to the correct accounts and invoices. Aging Reports: Analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts. Customer Communication: Contact clients regarding outstanding balances or payment issues. Reporting: Prepare financial reports related to receivables for internal use. Skills Often Required: Strong Excel and data analysis skills Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Attention to detail Communication and negotiation skills Understanding of accounting principles Intermediate or advanced Portuguese
