Work Job Description • Lead the Customer & Procurement Planning team to fulfill business requirements in pass through business and procurement planning for customers in North America, Canada, and Mexico. • Take over responsibility for developing and maintaining customer and supplier data in relationship to order and manage inventory at the warehouse. • Take over responsibility to coordinate the exchange of information between the customer, warehouse, the supplying plants, and the appropriate BU teams to establish the material supply chain and service level to the customer while maintaining a high service level and improvements where applicable. • Take over responsibility for developing and maintaining customer and supplier data in relationship to order and manage inventory at the warehouse. Outbound shipments to the customer are expected to meet customer requirement demands within the agreed upon transportation method. • Drive digitalization projects across Planning and Warehousing operations including: Power BI, Power Apps, Automation Anywhere, Alteryx • Lead digitalization projects across Bosch Mobility and non-Mobility segments to streamline operation activities • Coordinate UI / UX workshops to ensure benchmark digitalization activities in North America • Responsible for continuous improvement of digitalization tools utilized for automation and research new avenues to make data analysis and reporting more efficient Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience working in the automotive (or equivalent) industry Bachelor's degree required: preferred areas of study include business, supply chain or industrial engineering - if not, equivalent experience required Working knowledge of S&OP, demand planning, purchasing or similar functions in SCM SAP planning experience preferred Willing to invest time in building a high performance team, and is able to motivate and train team to achieve team and organizational goals Adaptable in using organizational skills to prioritize tasks and opportunistic in taking ownership of various projects Ability to effectively communicate and interact with cross-functional management 2 years of experience handling SAP logistics applications or another enterprise MRP software 1 years experience working with Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, etc. Ability to maintain a centralized and automated reporting structure for the team Willing to travel occasionally, as required by the job Additional Information "Get to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks: Facebook: Bosch Talento México Instagram: Bosch Campus México LinkedIn: Bosch México"
