As a Change Management Consultant at Accenture Italy, you will play a key role in supporting technological and organizational change initiatives for our clients. Working closely with experienced resources and project teams, you will assist in developing and executing change management strategies and activities to ensure successful adoption and implementation of change, particularly in digital transformation projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of change management while contributing to impactful client projects. You will: Support the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and activities aligned with client objectives and project requirements; Assist in conducting stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to understand the effects of change on individuals, teams, and processes; Contribute to the creation and delivery of communication plans, training programs, and materials to promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of change among stakeholders; Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management efforts, collecting data and insights to support continuous improvement; Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in change management, seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Master's degree in STEM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields; international relationships background is also considered. Comprehensive understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; proven track record of leading change management initiatives from conception to completion within digital transformation projects. Experience with the successful delivery of change management programs for cloud-based systems such as SAP, S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, or SuccessFactors. Experience in areas such as internal communication, training design, adoption and workforce analysis, or corporate climate. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
