Job Description Company Description Synergie Italia SpA, divisione Permanent Retail, is recruiting for an important client, a leader in the production and marketing of cement and concrete, for the position of: QUALITY - SAFETY - ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN Position The selected candidate will be responsible for: Designing, implementing, maintaining, improving, and monitoring the Quality, Environment, and Safety systems within their area of expertise, ensuring efficient process integration; Managing regulations and laws related to Concrete Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment; Drafting, managing, and maintaining documentation required by mandatory standards concerning Safety and Environment in their area; Managing safety documentation for activities conducted by clients or subcontractors at construction sites, coordinating with site safety officers; Collaborating on the production and maintenance of documentation related to the Factory Production Control system for concrete, CE marking system for aggregates, and ISO 9001 system, to ensure product and service quality, including maintaining related certifications; Conducting internal audits or supporting external audits of company processes at headquarters or peripheral areas to verify correct and effective application of procedures related to product and system quality, environmental protection, and health & safety; Providing technical and normative training on Quality, Safety, and Environment management systems to technical and commercial staff within their area; Requirements Applicants should have: A degree in Civil/Building Engineering or related fields; Intermediate knowledge of English (minimum B1 level); Preferably prior experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment sectors; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Own a car (Automunito); Additional Information Full-time work, Monday to Friday. Offering direct employment with an industrial construction union contract and a salary commensurate with experience and skills.
