Job Description: We seek a collaborative, proactive, and innovative individual responsible for expanding our IT infrastructure by working with cutting-edge technologies on innovative projects, delivering high-quality solutions from design to implementation. The role involves providing comprehensive technical support throughout the system lifecycle, ensuring SLA adherence, and overseeing customer-driven innovation and integration initiatives to enhance system performance and align with evolving business needs. Requirements: Ensure all IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, etc.) are operational, secure, and optimized for performance. Implement and manage monitoring systems to track infrastructure health and performance. Oversee incident and problem resolution related to infrastructure, minimizing downtime and disruption. Forecast future infrastructure needs based on business growth and technological trends. Implement security measures to safeguard infrastructure from threats. Oversee deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications to meet business requirements and SLAs. Implement application performance monitoring to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Manage application-related incidents, coordinating with development teams. Oversee change management processes for applications, ensuring safe deployment. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance and support commitments are met. Lead infrastructure and application projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and managing project teams according to industry standards and regulations. Professional Background & Experience: B.A. in IT or related field, or master’s degree in computer science/engineering. At least 3-5 years of experience in ICT & Hosting roles. Knowledge of virtualization & containerization technologies, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO 27001. Leadership and project management experience. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and business acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with management and clients. Fluent in English; knowledge of the life sciences market and technologies is a plus.
