Overview of the role As a Senior Consultant within Enterprise Transformation focusing on the Automotive and Manufacturing sector, you will work at the intersection of automotive software engineering and digital transformation. Your focus will be on enabling clients to adopt A-SPICE-compliant engineering practices, optimizing R&D value streams, and accelerating time-to-market through modern, data-driven methodologies. You will support OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in designing, implementing, and governing complex automotive software programs across domains such as ADAS, infotainment, electrification, and mobility services, including: Journey to Cloud definition Business Processes Digitalization & Redesign Digital IT Transformation Roadmap definition IT Application / Solution Assessment Enterprise Architecture Assessment / Design Cloud IT Architecture Design API Strategy Definition Application Portfolio Assessment New Technology Scouting Why this role? We seek experienced professionals from the automotive sector with a strong understanding of software engineering standards and transformation. The ideal candidate will have: At least 3 years in automotive consulting or embedded software/system development Deep knowledge of A-SPICE process areas (e.g., SYS.1, SYS.2, SWE.1–6, SUP.1, MAN.3) Proven experience in implementing or auditing against A-SPICE Experience with ISO 26262, Functional Safety, or Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) is a plus Familiarity with toolchains like PTC Integrity, Polarion, DOORS, or similar Comfort with Agile, SAFe, and V-model delivery frameworks Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both technical and business facing Why us?
