Morellato Group, a continuously growing leader in the international market for the wholesale and retail production and distribution of jewelry and watches, is seeking a talented professional to join our IT department. We are looking for an: IT Retail Application Specialist The successful candidate will manage and support the evolution of core business applications, with a focus on Retail systems, OMS, CRM, and store technology tools. Responsibilities include: Maintaining efficiency of IT applications supporting retail and corporate processes (sales, warehouse, finance, CRM, etc.). Gathering and analyzing functional requirements from different business areas. Collaborating with technology partners for maintenance and development of applications. Supporting rollout of new functionalities or stores. Managing testing activities, training, and documentation. Monitoring system performance and proposing improvements. Participating in digitalization, omnichannel, and innovation projects. Ideal candidates will possess: Experience, even minimal, in similar roles. Background in retail and/or fashion is a plus. Knowledge of at least one of the following: ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), POS systems (Cegid, Oracle XStore, etc.), CRM, eCommerce, or OMS. Basic skills in SQL, data analysis, and system integration (API, middleware, EDI). Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Additional qualities include precision, excellent communication skills, problem-solving orientation, and a proactive approach.
