Tax & Law - Junior

In Tax, we equip clients to make better business decisions by bringing insights to the forefront. We help companies understand the tax policies and tax laws of governments around the world to plan and comply accordingly. Our teams leverage transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, to reduce risk and drive sustainable value. We are currently looking for students and new graduates for roles in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance & Reporting, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS), People Advisory Services, Tax Technology and Transformation. We are also seeking professionals with experience in Labour Law, Credit Collection, Corporate Law, IT and Data Protection, and Intellectual Property to strengthen our Law Department. What we do: Business Tax Services: BTA professionals combine extensive tax knowledge with deep expertise in their chosen sectors. They act as connectors, bringing together the whole of EY to serve our clients, embodying the role of true tax polymaths. Global Compliance and Reporting and Accounting: This unit integrates EY's tax and financial services to be a trusted partner for our clients. Using advanced technology and a global team, we provide comprehensive in-house and outsourcing services, enabling clients to focus on strategic priorities. Indirect Tax: Our network combines technical expertise with industry understanding and access to advanced tools. We identify risk areas and opportunities for sustainable planning in indirect taxes, helping clients meet compliance and achieve business goals worldwide. International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS): Our practice supports financial sponsors, private capital firms, and multinationals in addressing challenges by providing globally connected services across tax, corporate structure, treasury, and investment strategies. Tax Technology Transformation: This service improves the operational effectiveness of the client’s tax function and enhances the delivery of EY's tax technical services. Law Department: EY lawyers understand complex tax, regulatory, and commercial laws. They provide integrated legal assistance through multidisciplinary teams with high standards of experience. Specialized Legal Services: Labour Law: Advises on complex employment projects across regions, supporting clients through business evolution, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions. We draft employment contracts and propose innovative solutions covering security, non-compete clauses, fiscal issues, and employee welfare plans. Credit Collection: Our legal team assists in civil, commercial, banking, and corporate law, including bankruptcy, non-performing loans, and anti-mafia measures. Corporate Law: Provides legal advice on business operations, including establishment, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures across jurisdictions. IT and Data Protection: Offers services on privacy, personal data protection, e-commerce, digital identity, blockchain, fintech, and related regulatory aspects. Intellectual Property (IP): Supports acquisition, development, and protection of IP rights, offering strategic advice on industrial property, know-how, and digital transformation initiatives involving AI and blockchain technologies.
