Maintenance Manager

Chaberton Professionals , division dedicated to the Search and Selection of Middle and Top Management profiles of Chaberton Partners , is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager . Main responsibilities: Plan and coordinate preventive and extraordinary maintenance activities to ensure the reliability of plants and equipment. Supervise the maintenance technicians team for the two Business Units, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance costs. Manage contracts with suppliers and external companies for plant and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations in all maintenance operations. Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare periodic reports on plant efficiency and status. Collaborate with other departments, especially production and logistics, to ensure operational continuity. Define and manage the annual maintenance budget. Manage spare parts inventory and optimize stock management. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in industrial or manufacturing contexts. In-depth knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. Skills in personnel management and leadership. Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and emergency management. Familiarity with maintenance management software. Good command of the English language. Proactivity and results-oriented attitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
