The work will be performed at the customer's premises in Catania (CT), Italy. Your future duties and responsibilities The automation developer will support automation solutions through service requests and incident management, develop and configure new IT automation solutions according to client specifications, and assist in the acceptance phase. Main responsibilities include: Development and acceptance activities: gathering specifications, connecting and characterizing equipment, setting parameters, documentation, and knowledge management. Organizing, building, and executing acceptance tests for new automation solutions, from request to production release. Service support activities: troubleshooting incidents at L2 and L3 levels, delivering service requests within SLA targets, and participating in daily incident meetings to contribute to problem management and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work in a team of 3-6 members at the customer's premises and will receive dedicated training on the specific processes required for this project. Required Qualifications Candidates should have programming skills and at least 2 years of experience in C#, or be recent computer science graduates. Key technical skills: C# Optional skills: VBScript, SECS GEM Other qualities: organized, client and result-oriented, capable of working in engineering and production environments. English proficiency is mandatory. Open to protected categories (Legge n 68/99).
