Job Title : .NET & Angular Technical Lead / Senior Developer Location : Guindy, Chennai Experience Level : 10 - 15 years overall IT experience Job Type : Full-time About the Role : We are seeking a seasoned .NET & Angular Technical Lead / Senior Developer to spearhead development efforts and provide technical guidance within a dedicated Scrum team. Based at our client site (Technip Energies, Guindy), you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and delivering a new, critical business application. This senior position requires deep full-stack expertise (.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server), a strong grasp of Agile principles, and proven ability to lead technical execution and mentor team members. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the technical design and architecture discussions for new features and components. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development team members. - Champion and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns (.NET Core, Angular, SQL). - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards. - Assist the Development Lead in breaking down complex features and planning technical execution within sprints. - Actively contribute to the coding and development of complex features using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. - Design, implement, and maintain scalable and performant back-end services and APIs (.NET Core). - Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces (Angular). - Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server database schemas, queries, and stored procedures. - Translate high-level user stories into detailed technical designs and executable code. - Drive technical discussions during Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, and other Scrum ceremonies. - Provide accurate technical estimations for user stories and tasks. - Collaborate effectively with the Product Owner, Development Lead, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication. - Actively participate and lead technical aspects of Sprint Reviews and Demos. - Implement comprehensive unit tests (back-end and front-end) and promote a test-driven mindset within the team. - Oversee the team's unit testing strategy and ensure adequate coverage. - Lead debugging efforts for complex issues found during QA, UAT, and production hypercare. - Ensure the creation and maintenance of relevant technical Technical Skills & Qualifications : Overall Experience : 10-15 years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity. Technical Leadership : - Proven experience mentoring developers, leading technical design, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices. .NET Expertise : - Deep expertise in .NET Core (latest versions highly preferred) and C#. - Extensive experience designing and building enterprise-grade RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core. - Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns. - Proficiency with Entity Framework Core or other ORMs. Front-End Expertise : - Strong, hands-on proficiency with Angular (version 8 required, latest LTS/stable preferred). - Expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS). - In-depth knowledge of Angular architecture, components, services, routing, and state management (e.g., NgRx, RxJS). Database Expertise : - Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on experience with SQL Server. - Advanced skills in database design, complex T-SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions), indexing, and performance Skills & Qualifications : - Experience architecting solutions on cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred). - Hands-on experience setting up or managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred). - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with microservices architectures. - Experience performance tuning both back-end and front-end applications.
