We’re looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our Procurement function. Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, you’ll help keep our supply chain running smoothly by providing accurate, timely administrative support – from managing purchase orders to maintaining supplier communications. What You’ll Be Doing: Raise and manage purchase orders using our ERP system (IFS) Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records Track outstanding orders and chase updates to ensure timely delivery Support contract execution and ensure compliance with procurement policies Prepare reports and assist with supply chain documentation Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team What We’re Looking For: Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain admin role Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with IFS is a bonus) Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset Why Join Us?
