THE ROLE: A CTO will need to look at: Defining and implementing the tech vision. Managing a growing team Architect scalable solutions Focus on optimising current pipelines Maintaining a balancebetween strategic leadership and being hands on. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: A successful CTO will have the following skills and experience: Full Stack/Engineering leadership experience Scale up/Start up experience Experience in MERN: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js THE BENEFITS: You will receive a salary, dependent on experience.
