Finance Business Partner

We're pleased to be partnering with an industry leading B2B organisation to assist with their recruitment of a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have strong analysis and data interpretation skills and the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-read manner to non finance colleagues. Key Responsibilities: P&L Forecasting Cashflow forecasting and variance analysis Preparation of monthly P&L's including headcount listing, sales orders and pipeline forecast Ensuring integrity of order book and pipeline Gross margin analysis Reporting of KPI's Billability analysis Preparation of Board Reports Support as required to the Finance Director Candidate Requirements: ACCA/CIMA qualified with minimum of 2 years post qualification experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability Excellent communication skills At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
