IT Services Technician Up to £30k benefits including 25 dya sholidays ( stats) , pension, healthcare and parking Our client is a multi-site manufacturer who supply their products into the global energy business. They now have an urgent requirement for an IT Services Technician to join their IT Support function at their corporate office in the centre of Glasgow. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for users needing IT assistance. They will identify, diagnose and resolve IT issues ranging from basic to complex problems with hardware, software and networks. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate all or most of the following skills and experience: * Demonstrable experience in a Helpdesk support position * Experience of Comp TIA, A/N/S * Windows Desktops and Laptops * Strong experience of Google suit of applications * Excellent communication skills This is an outstanding opportunity to join the IT function of a market leader in a permanent long term job opportunity.
