Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Planet Pharma are partnered with one of our leading clients who are seeking a Building and Utility Engineer who will be responsibw for the reliable and compliant operation of all services and equipment serving all business functions across the site Key Responsibilites : On call (1 in 6 weeks), including absences to cover holiday and sickness, as required. Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance as required within critical and non-critical environments. The closure of remedial and service requests Work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and safety standards. Monitor BMS for running equipment and responding to alarm conditions. Investigate mechanical/electrical faults, identify root cause and corrective remedies. Assist when and where required with installation work and small projects. Experience Required : Engineering experience in a regulated environment Good awareness of Health and Safety Multi-Skilled in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Experience on steam boilers blowdowns and water treatment. VSDs, motor controls and relay logic Domestic and low temperature hot water systems. AHUs, FCUs, chilled water and compressed air systems Working knowledge of Permit to work systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals. Need to be flexible, as occasionally the need will arise to work outside standard office hours.
