Showroom Sales Manager - Bathroom Showroom Location: HPS – Tunbridge Wells Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (Negotiable DOE) Profit Share Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Looking for a sales leadership role where you can run your own showroom and drive business growth? We’re hiring a Showroom Sales Manager for our bathroom showroom in HPS - Tunbridge Wells. You’ll take full ownership of sales performance, lead the showroom team, shape the customer experience, and drive local growth - with the autonomy to make decisions that make a real impact. We’re part of UK Plumbing Supplies - the UK’s largest independent plumbing and heating merchant with over 320 branches nationwide. What You’ll Be Doing - Leading all showroom sales activity - delivering excellent customer service while driving turnover and profit - Managing day-to-day operations of the bathroom showroom - Developing and executing local sales strategies to build repeat and new business - Coaching and supporting your team to maximise sales and customer satisfaction - Managing product displays, merchandising, and showroom layout to inspire purchases - Building strong relationships with trade customers, contractors, and retail shoppers - Delivering expert design advice and tailored product recommendations - Analysing sales data and margins to make commercially smart decisions - Working closely with the branch warehouse and delivery team to ensure a seamless customer journey What We’re Looking For - Strong background in a sales-driven environment - ideally bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, or retail sales - Proven ability to grow revenue, hit sales targets, and increase profitability - Team leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable - Excellent communication skills - able to close sales and build customer loyalty - Creative eye for showroom layout, product displays, and visual merchandising - Knowledge of bathroom products and design trends (training provided if needed) - CAD experience (e.g., Virtual Worlds) is a bonus, but not essential - Full UK driving licence What You’ll Get - Autonomy to run and grow your own showroom sales operation - Competitive salary with bonus and profit share linked to your success - Career progression opportunities across the UK Plumbing Supplies group - Full training on products, systems, and design software - Support from a national brand with a local-first culture Interested?
