Finance Manager

Artis Finance and Accountancy are recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing Cardiff-based business. This is a key leadership role overseeing financial operations, reporting, and compliance, while driving performance and supporting strategic decisions. You'll lead a small finance team, ensure strong financial controls, deliver insightful management reporting, and optimise systems and processes (Sage 200). The role includes oversight of budgeting, forecasting, VAT compliance, and year-end audit preparation. What we're looking for: * Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent * Strong technical knowledge including FRS102 and VAT * Proven experience in financial leadership * Proficiency in Sage 200 is highly desirable * Strong analytical, reporting, and team management skills An excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional ready to make a real impact in a growing business.
