Trainee IT Support Specialist Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week Department: IT (Information Technology) Location: Mobile Role – covering Kent/Sussex and Hampshire Salary: £29 - 33k competitive depending on experience Project Partners are recruiting now for a Trainee IT Support Specialist to join a fantastic team and help the company maintain their high standards of service and support to field and office users across Kent/Sussex/Hampshire. The purpose of the role will be to: * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. * Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person. * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications. * Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure. * Perform regular system updates and backups. * Document and track support requests and resolutions. * Collaborate to improve processes and systems. * Educate and train users on the best practices and new technologies. * Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post * Full Training will be provided Candidate Attributes Required: * Can communicate in a clear, professional and effective manner * Is able to follow instructions and is a quick learner * Be flexible, adaptable and a natural team player * Possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude and share our commitment to outstanding customer service.
