Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components. Interpret technical drawings and engineering specs. Set up machines and carry out basic programming or adjustments. Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exact tolerances. Work effectively within a shift-based manufacturing environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Miller and/or Turner. Solid background working with metal components (steel, aluminium, etc.). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. Flexibility to work rotating shifts. Desirable: Experience with a variety of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak).
