Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Oxted, Surrey (flexible/hybrid working available) Salary: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience Working Pattern: Full-time | 1 day working from home About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Oxted . This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, collaborative team dealing with high-quality work and a strong local and regional client base. The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued success of the firm’s property offering in the Surrey area. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance. Manage transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. Work directly with a varied client base including SMEs, investors, developers, and commercial landlords/tenants. Support business development initiatives and maintain excellent client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices as needed. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2 years PQE in commercial property (other levels of experience also considered). Strong background in handling a full range of commercial property matters independently. Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
