M&E Quantity Surveyor

M&E Quantity Surveyor Maidstone, Kent £65,000 - £75,000 Per Year Package My client is seeking a M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) deliverables within larger projects or direct MEP commissions, such as asset upgrade works. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and client-facing (both internal and external), with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients. Responsibilities include: Establishing early budgets, estimating, and cost planning Managing design teams to budget Tendering and procurement (single and two-stage) Post-contract reporting to the client A strong knowledge of MEP systems and supply chains is essential, with the ability to work collaboratively yet robustly with main contractors and their MEP supply chains.
