Product Manager

Key Responsibilities of the Product Manager: * Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from discovery and specification through to delivery and optimisation. * Conduct market research, gather stakeholder insights, and define product requirements that align with business goals. * Create intuitive, impactful features that enhance user experience and add value. * Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases. * Collaborate with internal teams, acting as a product expert and point of contact for updates and support. * Monitor usage data and feedback to continually improve product performance and inform future development. What We’re Looking For in a Product Manager: * 2–3 years’ experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within a tech, gaming, or compliance-focused business. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience working within Agile development environments. * A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation and user value.
