Our client is a leading Consultancy with multiple UK offices and this role will be based out of their Central London location. You will be expected to visit the office 3-4 times a week. You will be expected to visit the office 3-4 times a week. Description This is a mixed role of hands on coding and leading the development team of 6 Helping lead various integrations within the business Collaborating with other departments to define project objectives and establish project plans. Implementing best practices in coding and software design within the team. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members. Reviewing and approving code changes made by the team. Working closely with the technology department to ensure alignment with company strategy. Constantly improving team processes to optimise productivity.
