Project Support Co-ordinator

Are you a recent Automotive Graduate or Project Support Co-ordinator looking for a new challenge? Expleo have a requirement for Project Support Co-ordinators , to support new vehicle development, by generating and managing the implementation of various cost saving concepts, which can be used to help our client to excel within the international markets they currently operate in, based at a renowned Automotive Research & Development centre in Bedfordshire, on a permanent basis, This role will give exposure to the innovative automotive projects being run across the business, along with the opportunity to develop working relationships with engineers with decades of vehicle development experience. You will be positioned in a supportive working environment, where you will be exposed to a number of career development opportunities, as you become a valued and key member of the team. The focus of this role is to identify cost reduction opportunities within the Research and Development centre, through technical analysis and internal benchmarking, and to subsequently determine the sustainability and suitability of these ideas by liaising with the engineers. This will also involve the preparation of reports, to be put forward to senior management with each proposal, to ensure that the necessary stakeholders are aware of the impact of each proposed cost reduction idea. We are keen to speak recent graduates, who are looking to pursue a career within an automotive engineering environment, or experienced engineers who have been involved in automotive cost reduction, support & analysis activities. For this role, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
