Territory Sales Manager; KENT Salary: up to £50k DOE, 20% Bonus, Company car Are you a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in healthcare, ready to make a significant impact in the field of wound care? Our client are a rapidly expanding leader in the UK's wound management sector, known for our high-quality, clinically effective products and our commitment to partnering with healthcare professionals. Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Territory Manager to join their dynamic team to cover the Kent territory. This is a key role focused on driving sales growth by identifying and developing business across all relevant sectors, aligning with regional and national objectives. You will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted expert in wound management solutions. Key Responsibilities Include: Achieving and exceeding annual sales targets. Providing systematic coverage of key customers within NHS Trusts, Health Boards, CCG areas, and private healthcare organizations. Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, including budget holders, influencers, and decision-makers. Becoming an expert in our therapy-led wound management solutions. Maximizing formulary opportunities and delivering impactful product presentations. Generating customer leads and providing valuable market feedback. Maintaining accurate customer records and planning tools. Proactively gathering market intelligence. Participating actively in sales meetings and training. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures. We're Looking for a Candidate With: A Bachelor's degree in science or business (preferred), or significant sales/commercial experience. A Nursing or Clinical Qualification is also highly valued. A demonstrable and significant recent sales track record, particularly within healthcare or medical devices. Proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships. High personal accountability, integrity, and a passion for improving health outcomes. Excellent communication, networking, and customer service skills. Strong commercial awareness and implementation skills. Proficiency in IT skills, including standard office software and CRM systems. A full driving license and residence within the specified territory. Desirable Attributes and Experience: Recent experience working within both community and acute NHS health economies. Experience influencing both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Previous wound care experience. Recent experience within the multichannel NHS market (community & Acute).
