Lead Engineer Functional Safety for Complex Hardware / Semiconductors (f/m/d)

AUFGABEN Disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, including task coordination and resource planning Testing and assessment of complex safety-related electronic systems for our national and international customers Responsibility for technical and quality assurance, including reviews and certifications of complex hardware components (ASICs, SoCs, Hard & Soft IP, etc.) in compliance with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.) Building and expanding team capacity and expertise Close coordination with other team leads and department management, contributing to the strategic direction of the company QUALIFIKATIONEN Several years of professional experience in functional safety and/or the development of complex hardware/semiconductor components (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.) Initial experience in technical leadership, preferably with disciplinary leadership responsibilities Decisiveness and enthusiasm for innovation Flexibility, and enjoyment of teamwork with a focus on long-term business success Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-30%) Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
