Investment Associate - Renewable Energy

The Role: Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, hydropower, and biomass projects Analyse and create financial models, perform valuation assessments, and assess risk factors to support investment decision-making processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility, assess market dynamics, and develop investment theses Assist in structuring and negotiating investment transactions, including drafting term sheets, conducting negotiations, and coordinating legal and financial due diligence Monitor and manage existing renewable energy investments, tracking performance, identifying value creation opportunities, and mitigating risks Support senior team members in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external clients The Individuum: Master's degree in finance or economics Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance, with a focus on renewable energy investments Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques Business Proficient in English
