Pricing Coordinator

Team Lead of Invoicing and Cost Controlling - ANSI Products What will you do? As the Team Lead of Invoicing and Cost Controlling, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 people, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the invoicing and cost control processes for ANSI products. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Supervising and guiding the invoicing team. Ensuring the monthly calculation and review of relevant accruals and reserves, such as warranty, freight, cost accruals, etc. Preparing variance analysis compared to the budget and/or standards, explaining the main causes by analyzing the Bill of Materials (BOM), Rates calculation (Labor/Overhead), and Standard Cost. Conducting proper analysis to ensure prices are covering costs. Preparing month-end reports on revenue, gross margin, sold quantities, etc., for each product line and market. What will you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field. Fluent in English. Over 3 years of experience in Costing & Pricing. Experience with SAP. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems (advanced Excel skills). Ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage a diverse workload in a changing environment. Preference for experience with digitalization tools.
