Fulfillment Supervisor

Objetive To coordinate, supervise, and optimize the daily operations of the fulfillment warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and adherence to quality and operational standards through effective team leadership and the use of warehouse management systems (WMS). Responsabilities Constant communication with direct clients Management of future projections Personnel management Control of material shipments and receipts Storage control and handling of various products Design and updating of warehouse layout Development and management of KPIs within the work area Handling of B2B and B2C operations Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field 80% conversational English (essential) Experience in fulfillment warehouse or similar Personnel management (minimum of 15 people) KPI implementation and monitoring Knowledge of WMS systems (Putaway, Picking, and Packing) Understanding of Inbound and Outbound processes Headcount (HC) forecasting
