Position Overview At OMI, we are looking for a strategic, creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts. This role is key to enhancing our brand positioning, growing our digital presence, and executing high-impact campaigns that align with business goals. We're seeking someone with a strong vision, hands-on experience in digital marketing and event coordination, and the ability to guide a small but growing team. Responsibilities: Design and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to B2B audiences. Manage and optimize SEO and SEM strategies for brand visibility and lead generation. Oversee digital content development, social media presence, and multimedia production. Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, product launches, and exhibitions. Maintain and update the corporate website. Create dashboards and marketing reports to monitor performance metrics. Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and commercial goals. Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product Development, and Operations. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, including SEO and B2B campaigns. Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is required. Strong leadership and project management skills. Experience in digital strategy, event planning, and brand development. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms. Creative mindset and ability to turn insights into action.
