Qualifications Bachelor's degree related to logistics, international business or related change. 5-10 years of experience. A leader capable of working strategically and tactically. Conflict management. Effective time management. Mathematics and budget management. Analytical skills. Ability to make difficult and quick decisions. Experience with customs inventory control systems, preferably experience in BMS Annex 24. Knowledge of Annex 24, Annex 30, USMCA and OEA of Mexico. SAP (Material Master Module). Knowledge of Mexico country programs: IMMEX, PROSEC, RULE 8. Previous experience using client regulation, providing solutions to the businesses presented. Critical communication skills to obtain support from other areas of influence. Leadership skills demonstrating integrity and professionalism. Proven technical knowledge and process management skills. Ability to work in fast-changing environments and multi-task. Knowledge of quality system. Responsibilities Control and monitor daily northbound and southbound shipments. Control and monitor Import Duties into MEXICO. Control and monitor Import Duties into USA. Control and monitor Generation of USMCA certifications. Control and monitor Rule 8. Control and monitor Annex 24 & 30. Control and monitor Material classification of material. Control and monitor Scrap material by the production process. Control and monitor Virtual Operations. Control and monitor Material classification of material.
