Your mission will be to create engaging content that educates and converts our Italian audience, directly contributing to our growth in Italy. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored for the Italian market, aligned with overall marketing goals. Create compelling financial and marketing content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy to drive conversions and educate users. Translate and adapt existing content from other language editions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy for the Italian audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated strategies aligned with business objectives. Establish and manage external editorial collaborations to promote the Italian edition. Analyze content performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Monitor Italian financial market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Stay updated on best practices in digital marketing and financial services. Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible language. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the financial sector or with a strong portfolio of financial writing. Excellent writing and editing skills in Italian; a journalistic background is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content marketing principles. Experience creating, editing, and sharing content (including video) on social media. Financial savvy and genuine interest in financial markets. Excellent communication skills in Italian (native preferred) and proficient English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Presentable, approachable, and communicative. Motivated for professional growth. Advantages: Strong on-camera presence and public speaking skills.
