Job Overview Stellantis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder alignment. Key responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Work closely with internal teams and external partners. Act as a liaison between business teams and operational units to align supply chain strategies. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and performance metrics. Project Planning & Execution Develop project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for outbound supply chain initiatives. Drive process improvements through data analysis and technology integration. Ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met while mitigating risks. Identify potential risks in current projects and develop contingency plans. Proactively address IT issues that could cause a disruption in OBT. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical supply chain issues. Process Improvement & Automation Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Leverage technology, AI, and automation to optimize outbound logistics workflows. Work with IT teams to develop and refine digital tracking and visibility tools. Qualifications: 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading large projects and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
