For this key position within our company, we seek a candidate with solid experience in IT infrastructures, recognized expertise in managing LAN, WAN, WiFi networks, hosting, data storage, and backup. The IS/IT Infrastructure Domain Manager oversees all operations and resources for production, support, and technical architecture within the business unit. Responsibility includes achieving the service quality and safety levels expected by users. He/she leads and coordinates activities across various sectors and personnel to ensure optimal service operation (planning, organization, deadlines, standards, etc.). As activity manager, he/she directs, leads, coordinates, and manages an IT unit to meet strategic objectives, driving proposals for major IS developments aligned with the IT Director's strategy. He/she guarantees IT services are produced with quality and security at optimal cost. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of digital workplace and local/help desk services, capable of managing a team of 20-25 people across five countries, as well as telecom infrastructure suppliers and end-users. A dynamic, proactive candidate capable of strategic decision-making, with valued assets including international experience and a culture of operational excellence. This role requires managerial and leadership skills. Supervises all service production within his/her domain, including studies, roadmap, support, expertise, architecture, configuration management, CMDB, etc. Supervises all production and support activities, managing hardware, software, and optimizing IT resources. Positions change requests (initiatives, projects, MCO, etc.) within an evolving business environment. Ensures system reliability and applies emergency and backup plans. Ensures computer processing is carried out effectively in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs. Checks system reliability for business and data security, defining contingency plans and ensuring their implementation. Proposes to maintain production resources at appropriate technical levels and anticipates technological developments. Coordinates data processing to meet quality, deadline, and cost standards. Organizes information during disruptions and disseminates necessary information. Proposes technical, economic, and budgetary solutions to maintain and upgrade the production environment. Monitors service contracts, manages staff, and draws up workload plans. Distributes workload based on workforce and skills forecasts. Organizes, plans, and controls activities, negotiates objectives and resources, and oversees financial management. Ensures project and application alignment across domains, monitors performance indicators, and proposes productivity improvements. Structures and capitalizes on knowledge, facilitates dialogue between business and IS/IT stakeholders, and promotes IS mapping. Organizes information during disruptions and monitors service contracts. Ensures quality of services produced, organization, and management of activities, budgets, and schedules. Provides efficient service, understands user needs, and demonstrates strong leadership and motivation skills. Works collaboratively with stakeholders, with position based in Italy or France, requiring regular travel. Languages: English, French, Italian.
