Responsibilities We seek a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering customized energy storage solutions. A strong understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and excellent communication skills are essential. Main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet market objectives. Identify and pursue new opportunities in utility-scale projects, C&I applications, and microgrids. Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and pipeline management. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology, market trends, and regulations. Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and proposals. Present products effectively to clients. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals and lead contract negotiations. Work with legal, finance, and engineering teams to finalize agreements. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams. Provide market feedback to improve products. Participate in cross-functional meetings. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and prepare reports. Analyze market data for trends and opportunities. Maintain CRM data accuracy. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3-5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems. Strong knowledge of BESS technology, including batteries, inverters, and power systems. Proven ability to manage complex sales and negotiate contracts. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Technical knowledge of energy storage applications. Experience with renewable project financing or sales. Familiarity with energy policies and market standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build trust with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Others Willingness to travel.
