Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit pursues innovative technologies to address unmet clinical needs, aiming to help patients live longer and healthier lives. Responsibilities include assessing new product development, patient selection criteria, patient screening, and supporting early clinical imaging and cases for both novel and existing devices. Preferred candidate locations: Italy, Portugal, or United Kingdom (home office based, limited travel: US onboarding and 4-6 business trips/year). How you will make an impact: Analyze imaging data and oversee third-party image analysis for patient screening, providing expert opinions on case assessments. Analyze, summarize, and present clinical imaging data to support product development and event investigations. Collaborate with teams and healthcare professionals to develop imaging-based patient selection and screening protocols. Contribute to training content related to image analysis for healthcare professionals. Train field support teams and healthcare professionals on patient screening procedures. Manage the screening process, update shared databases (Salesforce, SharePoint), assign tasks, and monitor progress. Lead imaging modality review calls and circulate screening documentation. Deliver training on patient screening for specific imaging modalities. Develop and refine training curricula and materials based on clinical experience and guidelines. Perform other related duties as needed. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Cardiac Sciences, Cardiac Physiology, Cardiovascular Perfusion, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in cardiac imaging within clinical, hospital, or industry settings (e.g., CT, echocardiography). Professional accreditation in echocardiography (EACVI, BSE, or equivalent) preferred. Additional qualities we seek: Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation). Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. Deep understanding of cardiovascular imaging principles, theories, and concepts. Attention to detail and proficiency with relevant imaging equipment (e.g., TTE/TEE/ICE, CT, MRI). Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external contacts on contracts and projects.
