To support this journey, they seek a highly capable and strategic Head of People to develop and scale the People function across Europe and beyond. The role: Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the Head of People will oversee talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention across 8 geographies in EMEA. You will shape the People strategy, focusing on: Implementing job levelling systems, performance reviews, and people-centric processes. Optimising talent acquisition to support ambitious growth. Leading leadership development initiatives across offices. Aligning HR processes with company objectives during rapid scaling. What You’ll Be Doing: Job Levelling & Performance Reviews: Lead implementation of job levelling and performance management frameworks aligned with business and employee development needs. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Enhance talent acquisition strategies, optimise hiring processes, and improve onboarding for seamless integration. Leadership Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement management development programs. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws. People Metrics: Develop a data-driven approach to HR metrics to drive continuous improvement. Systems: Leverage HR and payroll systems to coordinate multi-country operations smoothly. About You: Proven experience as a Head of People in a scaling, international business. Experience in a scale-up environment (200-1,000 employees), preferably PE-backed. Experience implementing HR systems supporting organizational growth. Strong talent acquisition and leadership development expertise. Ability to align HR strategies with company goals in fast-growth settings. Deep understanding of employee relations and employment law across jurisdictions. Experience with HR/payroll systems across multiple countries. Why Join?
