Industrial Controlling Analyst

Position Summary We're looking for an Industrial Controlling Analyst in Reggio Emilia . The position involves managing Opex and Capex processes, including forecast/budget activities and variance analysis. The role ensures the accuracy of monthly closing, weekly indicators, and participates in studies and action plans with local management to improve profitability. Main Responsibilities Lead Opex process by collaborating with functions and preparing monthly reports. Manage ICM (Capex tool) and match data with HFM and SAP ERP systems. Oversee Capex processes in SAP for local and US GAAP purposes. Manage Pro-Lease System updates and reconciliation with SAP GL. Analyze actual data, check variances, and support functions in corrective actions. Opportunities and Challenges Contribution impacts include preparing rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis; defining and following up on SAP improvements; and implementing new Dana policies. Internal relationships span controlling, accounting, HR, purchase, engineering, IT, and other entities. Job Position Requirements Professional Background Controlling experience in medium to large manufacturing companies (minimum 3 years). Fluent in Italian and English.
