The candidate should have experience working with sales, marketing, product & service departments, preferably in the LED or AV industry, with a proven track record of generating new business and maintaining accounts. Position Summary This role involves coordinating and leading sales activities in the EU market, focusing on applications such as corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly for rental and staging LED product lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets. Identify and develop new accounts, maintain relationships with existing customers, and expand sales. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Establish annual business plans and target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel regularly to develop business, approach rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and coordinate with distributors. Stay informed about new products and industry trends. Gather and transfer feedback from the field to HQ regarding products, marketing, sales, and services. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on industry and sales activities. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project execution. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows. Coordinate with HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in industrial B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV. Over 3 years’ experience in related projects with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Client-oriented with problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under high pressure. Language: Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
