Private Equity Investment Manager (Large Cap)

Location Vermezzo, Italy Company Risorse Professional , a company specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, for an international SGR active in the private equity sector in Milan, is seeking a: Position Overview The candidate, reporting directly to the Partner, will be responsible for: Actively managing the investment portfolio, monitoring the performance of portfolio companies, and providing operational and strategic support to achieve growth and profitability objectives; Analyzing and identifying new investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy; Working closely with management teams of portfolio companies, offering advice on strategic decisions, restructuring operations, expansion, or cost optimization; Conducting in-depth financial analysis and performance evaluations of companies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans; Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, and external consultants, to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies; Preparing reports and presentations for the board of directors and investors, providing updates on portfolio performance and developments. Minimum Requirements Excellent academic background in Finance; At least 5-10 years of experience in Private Equity SGRs; Preferably international work experience; Excellent command of English (minimum level C1).
