Key Job Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Area Managers Lead operational teams on shifts, address issues, and positively impact site performance Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence Collaborate with support teams including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security Design and implement initiatives to enhance operational performance A Day in the Life You will lead shifts at an operational site and serve as the key link between teams such as finance, safety, and operations. Your role involves overseeing daily operations and contributing to site innovations. Your day may include meetings, performance analysis, risk assessment, planning for demand fluctuations, and mentoring your team to develop their managerial skills. Basic Qualifications A degree Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management Proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate skills in the local language Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions Experience in production and supply chain management Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications are not mandatory but are valued: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies Experience in a logistics environment Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) J-18808-Ljbffr
