Key responsibilities include leveraging technology for business growth, profiling clients to understand their financial objectives, building a sustainable book of business, and providing opportunities for career advancement within the bank. The position requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks and registration compliance. Responsibilities: Provide personalized advice to clients through reviews and presentations, assessing financial goals and recommending strategies. Communicate suitable financial solutions, including core banking, investment, and life solutions. Partner with Financial Advisor teams to share market insights and promote portfolio growth. Utilize bank resources effectively to benefit clients. Develop and grow a book of business to meet financial targets. Prioritize client requests and coordinate with internal service providers. The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey: This program offers training and mentorship to develop successful and independent financial advisors. It involves working with affluent clients, developing relationship management skills, and preparing for a career within Merrill Wealth Management. Required Qualifications: Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). At least two years in financial services or sales, meeting/exceeding goals. Minimum of one year in investments, with in-depth product knowledge. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and relationship-focused. Effective communicator and collaborator. Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications: Experience in lead generation and client development.
