Job Description: Safety and Environmental Specialist Location: Sabbioneta, Italy (between Parma and Mantova) Contract: Permanent, Full-time About the Company Our client is a long-standing manufacturing company known for the high quality of its products. The Role You will identify and assess company risks, develop preventive and protective measures, and ensure employees receive adequate safety training. You will serve as the point of contact for the employer and external bodies, aiming to create a safe and compliant working environment. Responsibilities Identify risk factors, evaluate risks, and implement safety and health measures in line with current regulations and organizational knowledge. Implement prevention and protection measures and control systems within your scope. Develop safety procedures for various company activities. Manage worker information and training programs. Participate in safety and hygiene consultations and periodic meetings. Handle compliance with oversight authorities and attend inspection visits (fire brigade, health authorities, environmental agencies, INAIL, etc.). Organize and update documentation related to permits, in accordance with legal and company procedures. Ideal Candidate Knowledge of fire safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Diploma or degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Management Engineering. Ability to read technical drawings and layouts. Certification obtained through legal courses.
