Description Role: As part of the Real Estate department, the Asset Manager Real Estate is responsible for managing and marketing various types of real estate assets managed by the company, in collaboration with internal teams. This role involves analyzing assets, coordinating with registration and repossession teams, property management, and marketing activities. The position can be based in Rome or Milan. Profile: Monitoring the asset lifecycle across different areas of Real Estate with the goal to maximize asset value. Managing relationships with clients/investors, informing them of the Business Plan, communicating changes, and coordinating their requests internally. Tasks: Collaborate with advisors to explore market opportunities and support Real Estate Due Diligence. Plan and execute real estate activities for managed assets. Coordinate with registration, repossession, property management, sales, and closing teams to prepare assets for market entry, achieving business plan goals. Ensure assets are properly registered and valued in internal and external systems. Conduct internal and external asset reviews. Serve as the main contact for clients, coordinating internal actions. Report portfolio status and changes to clients. Select and evaluate brokers, analyzing their performance. Qualifications Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate, from development, construction, servicing, banking, or client management (funds, banks, developers). Degree in Management, Real Estate, or related field. English proficiency C1. Advanced skills in Office, especially Excel. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage pressure.
